At GO Jet Cars Punta Cana, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and meeting the needs of all our clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and efficient resource management, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- No Refund Policy: Because of the high rental demand we are asking not to book your time slot to far in advance. However, you are allowed to cancel your booking at anytime prior to 48 hours of your booking and receive a full e-credit/gift card valid for 1 year.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not show up on time for your booking slot, our service will be deemed completed and authorized.
- Late-Show Policy: Booking time slots are not allowed to be extended in respect for the next booking slot. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you are consider to be a No-Show.
- Company Refund Policy: In the event of extreme unsafe weather conditions (marina closings), we may issue a full refund or try to reschedule your booking for the next day.
- Property Damage Policy: In the event of accident that damage our jet car for which you are responsible, your signed liability waiver will include proper authorization to charge your credit card the full amount of our insurance deductible at the time of the accident.
Rental Requirements
- The renter/driver is required to bring a valid driver’s license and the credit card used to book the rental. Photocopies or pictures are not acceptable.
- The renter/driver must be 18 years old or above on the scheduled date for the booking. All passengers must be 6 years old or above and weight less than 300 pounds each.
- A Liability Waiver is required and must be sign by the rental/driver at the time of booking.
- No driver is allowed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and the company reserve a legal right to deny access for any reason that appears to be unsafe to the well being of others.
